Meet Meeto — video meetings that open right in the browser. Create a room in one click, share the link, and anyone joins in seconds with no sign-up or install. Screen sharing with live drawing, host controls with knock-to-enter and password rooms, cloud recording, AI recaps, and a built-in booking page are all part of the platform, with native iOS and Android apps on the way.

Tracio now detects autonomous AI agents — browser-driving assistants and LLM-powered automation — as a distinct class from both humans and classic bots. Sessions get an agent-likelihood score alongside the existing bot and risk scores, so you can allow, challenge, or block agent traffic on your own terms instead of treating it as ordinary automation.

Telm now keeps a vector index of confirmed spam. When a message is deleted or a spammer banned, its meaning is remembered — so paraphrased and reworded variants of the same scam are caught immediately, even with different wording, links, or emoji. The memory is per-workspace and improves detection across all your groups at once.

Masking for banking fields is now fully format-preserving: obfuscated IBANs keep a valid country code and checksum shape, and SWIFT/BIC codes retain their bank and country structure. Test and staging systems that validate these fields now accept anonymized data unchanged — no more broken validation on masked financial records.

New Support Mode turns a Telegram group into a lightweight help desk. Member requests are tracked as threads with open/resolved status, RAG context search surfaces answers from your own docs, and moderation runs alongside it — so community help-desk groups get both order and fast answers from one bot.

The Monitoring Mode shadow feed is clearer and faster to act on. Each would-be action now shows the exact triggering rule and a confidence score, streams live over WebSockets with less lag on busy groups, and can be filtered by action type — making it far easier to tune rules before switching on enforcement.

Respondo now supports Hindi and Urdu natively, bringing the total number of supported languages to 32. These models were trained specifically for customer service contexts and handle code-switching between Hindi-English and Urdu-English seamlessly.

We've updated Tracio's bot detection model to better identify sophisticated headless browser-based bots. False positive rates dropped by 15% while detection accuracy increased by 22%. The update applies automatically to all existing integrations.
