Setting Up Respondo
This guide walks you through setting up Respondo for your customer service workflow.
Step 1: Create a Respondo project
From your dashboard, click "New Project" and select Respondo. Give it a name and choose your primary language.
Step 2: Connect channels
Respondo supports multiple communication channels:
- **WhatsApp Business**: Connect via the WhatsApp Business API
- **Telegram**: Add the Respondo bot to your Telegram channel
- **Email**: Forward your support email to your Respondo inbox
- **Web Chat**: Add the chat widget to your website
Step 3: Train the AI
Upload your FAQ documents, product catalogs, and support templates. Respondo will use these to answer common questions automatically.
Step 4: Configure routing
Set up rules for routing conversations to the right team members based on language, topic, or priority.
Step 5: Go live
Enable the AI responder and start handling customer inquiries. Monitor the dashboard for conversation metrics and AI accuracy.
